Laura and I went camping at Afton State Park this week. It was awesome.
It had been my first time camping in over a year for I did not go when I was in Korea.
It was a blast.
We saw deer, turkeys, snakes, bugs, raccoons, heard coyotes and owls, jammed all night to a techno night bird, chopped our own wood, hiked our asses around with all of our gear, shadow puppets, marshmallows, fires, puggie pies, and chilly doggs. Over all just plain got awesome.
I bought an annual park pass. Anyone who wants to go to the park - hit me up.
