Im leaving tomorrow night for my first long vacation here.
Laura and I are going to Manila and Subic in the Philippines and somewhere Laura picked out in Indonesia. haha
As you can tell we are very well planned out. The last three hours is what my trip revolves around.
So wish us luck, lots of fun, and a safe journey. Most likely there will be no blogs and little online communication while I am gone -- but when I get back it will be another story.

Mudfest aka I look like Smurf
Here I am getting painted up--
I opted for this rather than- getting put in mud prison and having buckets of mud whipped at my face-- call me crazy--
We chose the blue mud. Unfortunately there are no photos of us covered in mud head to toe-- blue mud top and brown mud bottoms
I am a kitty kat.
Mudfest FAIL
Laura got to make a pot!
A mud bouncy pit I regret to say I didn't go in-- there was only little kids in it- so I felt silly- but now I am sad about it-- when when will I ever get the chance again?!
A rain storm + us having our backpacks and one pair of clothes= PONCHOS
Crazy rainstorm concert-- wear a PONCHO!!
Im getting blllloowwwwnnn aaawwwaaayyyyy ::in a poncho!!
Dance party-- with PONCHOS!
ps that poncho really held me together that night. I tied my dress up and under it-- by the end of the storm only a strip down the middle- where my buttons wouldnt close- was wet

What just happened
I honestly have no idea where to start.
50% bad 50% good 100% the craziest weirdest weekend I have ever endured-- yes endured. I didnt capture it with many photos-- but nor do pictures or words explain.
Laura however does have a few from the mud-- which I will have later this week.
For now-- wow.
Perhaps it is better this way.
Dinner at Taco's Friday night--
this is when we found out we actually were going to mudfest-- in five hours--
awesome
which leads to say that I slept umm six hours total Friday thru Sunday afternoon
awesome
or not
Maybe it was the soju on Saturday late late night that did it--
Here is where I do not put up the picture of Laura sleeping-- you can thank me later friend
she was able to catch some zzzzsss on the train/bus-- lucky gal
On our second bus I sat in a seat with these on the window-
and this in the chair
You know honestly-- honestly I can not even type

Yes that does say 'being naked on accident' -- we were looking for showers-- and we found some alright--

Random whatnots
Well I wish had my camera with me all day-- but alas I only had it for a small portion for they day.
First off,
"Can"-- no kidding-honestly no pun intended--!!--- yelled across the school for me to get him some toilet paper during class- not once but TWICE.
It was amazing

I never thought it would happen until (or if) I ever had kids of my own. hahah Wow!

Sunday Funday!
Well yesterday started fine but continues to a series of unfortunate and crazy, cultural difference mess ups.
One bad thing after another haha it was funny
Buuuutt you know us, do you think we just took it!?! Hell no!! We turned that around. And later that night it was nothing but up- sunshine and rainbows after two cocktails and a two tequila shots.
From the beginning:
BLTs and mine was served on a 'Merry Christmas' plate. Awesome.
Pretty cheap eh? This made me laugh extremely hard. haha wah wah get it?
Laura asked me about my birthday-- which is not until September but it got me thinking-- I am getting oollldddd!!! Ive given all my girlfriends a bunch of crap about turning 25 and now now-- it is creepin' on my turn. I told Laura I want this cake for my birthday. hahaha
I hope she knows Im kidding.
Later that night we went to the nori bong AGAIN!!! This time the woman working could for sure hear us. And she said we were good hahahahaha
hahahahahahahaha thats funny!!
Have fun looking at this awesomeness.
I get really into it. Climbin' on the couches and getting crazy. Whippin' the mic around--
a live show you really do not want to miss
So awesome.
Laura woke up later for work. I went home that night and stayed up till 4am-- go figure. I am a tad tired.
