Well, it is called Bongsunga. You can get it in Korea at little notebook stores/gift I know. It comes in containers like seen above or you can get it in little pouches. With the pouch you have to add water to put it on. I had a friend mail me that kind recently. She said she was unable to find the other type. I know it is a seasonal item. Good luck!
