.. but after four days, I have just finished downloading 24 episodes of a Korean TV show with Spanish subtitles.
It will do-- and it's kind of fun. But English would be better if and when I can find it.

An evening of amazing quotes and people.
First off, Indonesians-- gotta love 'em really all of them.
85% of the time when I get an email from a friend there- it is about music, literature, or philosophy. And how I should come visit. --Which I should.
On different note but cool none the less Lupa, a friend from Indo, posted this today, "Tequila , Sex, or Marihuana ? "
I said that is was the greatest thing I had read all day.
But THEN,
Crystal's two year old daughter and my absolute favorite little tyke, Payton Jade, said, "Bob Marley is a mess."
It was awesome and even better than the first quote. Something that I never thought of-- but it is perhaps quite true ::dont hurt me::
In addition- sidetracking a bit first--from my grandmother, to my mother, to me- it is not a fine necklace or a fancy ring but rather, the ability to worry about fricken ANYTHING.
So I am freaking out about my trip this weekend- and still typing this blog rather than researching where to go and what to see in the city--
back on track--
I also spoke to my main man Danny Collisson tonight. Now that is always a pleasure. And I was telling him about my trip and the million things I am worrying about about how it may be a once-in-a-life time trip so that makes me extra worried about misusing my time adnaisudnfkdj etc
anndndd he said,
"It's all one trip. It's ALL a once-in-a-life time trip. You can't worry about it."
It was perfect. And absolutely true. Soooo I wrote down a couple quotes like that- which I received from other friends-- this way I can read them if I am getting to nervous at anytime on my trip haha
and ps this trip is going to be awesome.
Tokyo- rated the number three most awesome city to live in the ENTIRE WORLD- how could it not be cool?!
pps Not included in this blog of awesome quotes are any from- Dusik's Pudding Bath. I am 96% sure there will be something pretty amazing there. I am told he did a doosy today- but I am saving reading it until the morning- for I am already too fired up for bedtime as it is.
::night night:::
or so I hope...

Nothing stops Packer fans- NOTHING
Shannon pays over $200 dollars to get all of the Packer games here in Korea. Yesterday, for her birthday- we watched the latest game and cheered on the Pack.
It was just how you would expect a true Packer game to be.
Beer:: although not mich golden lite- I am wearing a Leinenkugel's teeshirt
Wine coolers
Shannon does not approve of that play
Packer pants^
And shorts that say 'PACKERS' on the butt.
Cards that play the Monday Night Football theme song
Pizza
Pumpkin seeds:: not necessary related to the game but a midwest treat I always love non the less
Pepperjack cheese
She is excited^ : D
Annnndd heart shaped birthday cake for Shannon- cause we l<3ve the Packers
Of course, they won the game!!! YYeyesss GO PACK GO!!
Next Tuesday at 9:30am our time- the Packer play the Vikings-- we are waking up early- cooking brats and eggs and singing :::IIIII don't want to worrrkkk I just wanna bang on the dumbs all day::::
For two seconds during this game- they showed Farve playing- and man I tell you- it was ssosoooooo weird seeing him in purple and yellow- wow I can not even describe it on the internet.
The vikings are going D O W N !
On another note, earlier this day we celebrated four September birthdays at work with a ice cream cake.
We devoured it. No plates needed.
It was just how you would expect a true Packer game to be.

School
During my first class today I wanted to shoot myself.
The last two were not so bad.
Impromptu interview game session- you can not see it but the kids made me a microphone, headset, bow-tie, backdrop etc etc. It was fun, creative, silly, and a good way for them to get out of there otherwise scheduled class work.
I wish I would have got a head on shot of the get-up they had me wearing haha
Two of my younger girls, Chloe and Mary.
The nice kids are so wonderful-
but the mean ones suck!
I don't take pictures of them- 'jerks

Maybe..
..I should study Korean again. Even though my reasoning slightly goes against my last post...
hahaha ;)
But maybe
Spanish especially
and the job thing
and
maybe allotting my daily time=
something I know I would never stick too.
Korean one hour a day may not hurt-- the fact that I extremely suck should be more reason for me to study- not less
which is what is has been
blah blah blah three post one day
nothin' new
nothin' much at least
One love.

Laura and I had a movie night. 500 Days of Summer
So so but a fun night yes yes
She brought over a BIRTHDAY CAKE ! Saying that I never got one on my birthday! wwwwoooww
You know what- I was a little sad about that--
but now a birthday wish was made- no worries! haha
silly right- but I confess
Thanks Laura!!!! ^^
What a friend right?!! Jeessshh! <33
And it just so happened that today was also my 6th month anniversary of being in Korea. So yeah- a little party with cake and cheap 'Bravo' champaign wooohoo
Laura poppin' poppers and me trying to catch it on film
Fail
This is my house
woo hoo
Behind Laura, on the wall by my bed, is my favorite Korean star.
This is the poster of him a bit closer
<333 aaahhhhhwww
Someday Kim Hyun-Joong otherwise known as his oh so hot character Yoon Ji Hoo
I really should rewatch that show...
Here's to a new goal of thinking about my career half as much as I think of boys
So far- I am doin' alright alright...

Geojedo:: ps world's longest blog EVER
Saturday.
Let's start from the beginning.
In need of a weekend get a way- Laura and I ventured to Geojedo, an island about one hour by ferry from Busan.
This man on a rusty moped "Judd" helped us a bit-
or so we thought- perhaps he got us more lost--long story
Fishing shack FAIL
We also went to Maxico!! I've always wanted to go; so I was pleased.
We chose to take the cheap route and use public transportation on the island which- as we found out- had very infrequent buses. That put a kink in our plans to say the least.
Instead we spent $50 on lunch :/
Lame- but yummy
Tom! Baby bibimbop!!!
Taste like the fair...almost
Stallions!
I wasn't sure if we would make it, but we did!! YYyeeaaahhhh!!!
Haegeumgang.
After many buses and bit of back tracking we made it. And we were able to see A LOT of the country side on the way-- haha
It was beautiful.
Windflowers all over, homemade scarecrows, rice paddies, cranes, the ocean, cliffs, Laura finding "high school" boyfriends- I think they was more like middle school but who knows
:::so on and so forth::::
Making it to our destination was a relief. Unfortunately, we had to leave again early in the morning.
First hour on the beach:
:::Night falls:::
Dinner guest
Korean delights.
:::to eat:::yes:::
We were being unadventurous.
This is my video; you are safe (and required) to watch it.
Banana bread that looks like bananas
Sunday.
A quick trip back to the cliffs before the AM bus
Are the fish bitting?!
Eight *baby* fish were caught in the 15 min we were there--
B A B I E S
Ppppsshh! If my brother Jordan were there I bet he would be blowing them out of the water.
Back on the bus
I had woke up with this song in my head
Lord knows why but there it was as is any other random song in my head any other day
Buuututttt on the bus ride the Locomotion played on the radio!! How random is that?!
wwaaayy random- I mean I haven't heard hide nor hair of that song and here it is double time
I knew it was a good sign.
Ferry tour to Oedo
kinda cool - but the island was pretty generic. It is the only privately owned island- and it has been turned into a huge crazy garden
The boat ride was cool
Some hungover chick puked- I listened to rap music and imitated the ocean with my arms
There were also lots of jelly fish in the water!! You could see them from high up on the cliffs and from the side of the boat-
I tried to take a picture but it didn't work
either way it was sweettttt
ps Two weeks ago I ATE a jellyfish at a work luncheon!
Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this island is. Not what so ever- especially not mine wahhhwaah
Icecream
Aawwhh<333 haha
This island was filled with lovebirds of all ages. I thought it was delightful. Laura thought it was horrible.
Okay- I tried to post a jellyfish pic- click on it- and look to the right sideish, the brown blobs in the water- about five- are the jellyfish!
Giant ladybug
Sexy statues
Dinosaurs!
A whole to the middle of the world in my bathroom stall.
I 'canoe' it was going to be a fun trip^^
ps I want one of those^ benches!
Back on the ferry
People want to puke but we just think its fun(ny).
Until we got on the ferry to go back to Busan- where a man was walking around to hand out plastic bags for people to puke in. grroososss it was kinda fun- I mean for one minute-- it reminded me of driving in the country up and down hills and wwheeeeee!!!!!! your tummy tickles but it was like a million times worse and lasted an hour
Someone ran past me and I thought they were going to ralf on my stuff.
I still feel like I am on a boat- and it has been four hours since I got off
wow :/
Happy weekend!!
